Way before being “Green” became a trendy status symbol, Mike Roberts was building super energy efficient homes in an environmentally friendly way. Mike wasn’t looking for a green title on a business card or a pat on the back. Since 1977 Mike Roberts and the folks at Habitat Construction just saw a better way of building homes.
So, after building green homes for over 30 years, Habitat Construction has become the regional expert in green design and construction.
Not only that, but these homes are built to provide superior air quality and a healthier living environment.
All the homes on this site are “certified green” by an independent agency. The benefit is that these homes use less energy (which costs less to own), are more comfortable to live in and have a higher expected resale value.
