Lodging Guests Welcome
We have elevated our cleaning procedures, as the safety and health of our guests, owners, and staff is a top priority. Even as the situation surrounding COVID-19 has continued to evolve and certain restrictions ease, we must all continue to take steps to protect each other. Please be advised that under current Colorado state public health order, face coverings are required to be worn in all public places.
We would like to share Routt County’s 5 Commitments of Containment which we have agreed to as a business and we ask for your participation as a visitor as well:
1. I will maintain 6 feet of social distance.
2. I will wash my hands often.
3. I will cover my face in public.
4. I will stay home if I am at risk or when I am sick.
5. I will seek testing immediately if I have symptoms.
Steamboat and the surrounding area offer a plethora of outdoor activities for all to safely enjoy. Many of the wonderful local restaurants are offering delivery and take-out service. If you have questions about visiting or making plans while you are here, please reach out via phone (970-871-9100) or email (email@example.com). Take care and stay safe!
Winter policy on COVID-19
For new ski season reservations made after August 1, 2020, for arrivals November 19, 2020 through April 12, 2021: prior to November 2, 2020, if a guest cancels for any reason, a refund will be issued less a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellation must be received in writing prior to November 2, 2020. After November 2, 2020, should the Steamboat Ski Resort be closed during the guest’s stay due to COVID-19, a credit for the 2021-22 ski season will be provided for the value of the unused lodging. If travel to Colorado or from the guest’s home state is restricted by a government mandated public health order due to COVID-19, overlapping with the guest’s stay, the guest may receive a credit for the payments made toward lodging rent, taxes, and fees. This credit will need to be used toward a future reservation within 12 months of the original check-in date. This does not cover safer at home policies, work related policies, or otherwise non-government restrictions set in place. For cancellations made after November 2, 2020 for any reason other than COVID-19 closures, standard cancellation rules apply (all payments are non-refundable, non-redeemable, and non-transferable.)
We encourage the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment in situations where a member of your party is sick or injured, preventing them from traveling. We continue to monitor local, state, and national advisories. Prior to your visit, please review current public health orders for Routt County and the state of Colorado and follow protocols accordingly while onsite.
