The Barn

• Located at 2096 Indian Summer Drive.
• Open daily from 7:00am-11:00pm.
• Community amenities include a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, large gas grill, gas fire pit, exercise facility, locker rooms, game room, steam room, and business center with WIFI.
• Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and newspapers are available.

Pool & Hot Tubs

• Open daily from 10:00am-9:45pm.
• Pool towels and lockers are available at The Barn.

Property Shuttle – Elevated Rides

Elevated Rides is our mobile app for ride services within the resort area and downtown Steamboat Springs. When requesting a ride using the app, you’ll be able to see a live wait time and track your driver’s progress in real time. The shuttle is available on-demand daily from 7:00am-11:00pm.

Guests and Owners of Elevated Properties may search “Elevated Rides” to find our shuttle app in the app store. You can also scan the QR code below to download the app to your smartphone.

2. Scan the QR code using your smartphone or search “Elevated Rides” in the app store to download.
3. Open the app and click the blue “Continue” button.
4. Enter the Access Code (see below)
5. Click “Create Account” and you are now ready to ride!

The shuttle access code will be issued at check-in.

During peak times, wait times may be up to 30 minutes or longer due to demand, traffic, or weather. Please request your shuttle well in advance, especially for dinner reservations.

Parking

• Only vehicles that fit entirely in a garage or designated parking space may be parked.
• Parking outside garages is permitted as long as it does not block access to other homes or parking spaces.

Housekeeping

• In an effort to conserve energy and water, we provide only a mid-week housekeeping clean for guests stays of 7 nights or more. The mid-week includes vacuuming, changing of all used linens and towels, and a clean of the kitchen.
• For additional supplies or services, please contact the Front Desk (24 hour notice required).

Home Supplies

• All homes are fully stocked with paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, tissues, toilet paper, hand and body soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer in each bathroom.
• In addition, there is an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom, and dustpan.

Fireplaces

• There are two or three fireplaces located throughout your home. Each is a gas fireplace operated by the switch located on the right hand side.
• Please keep all fireplaces turned off when leaving the home.

Humidifiers

• There is a humidifying system throughout the home that is automatically set at 25% for optimal comfort.
• Please be aware that using the fireplaces will quickly dry out the air.
• The system can be increased to as much as 45% upon request by contacting maintenance.

Trash & Recycling

• Trash and recycling bins are located in your garage and will be emptied daily by staff.
• The Porches is an active participant in Steamboat’s commitment to “single stream” recycling. Accepted recyclables include #1, #2, and #5 plastics (no lids), glass, cans, cardboard boxes, paperboard boxes, newspapers, magazines, paper, junk mail, paper egg cartons, and balled aluminum foil.

Check out

• Check out is at 10:00am.
• Late check out is never guaranteed and may incur a fee.

Quiet Hours

• Please observe quiet hours from 10:00pm-8:00am daily.

Smoking

• Smoking is prohibited in all homes, common areas, and on the property grounds.

Wildlife

• Wildlife is commonly seen on the property. For your safety, do not approach them.

Mail/Packages

• Guests are welcome to send mail or packages ahead of their stay. Our storage is limited, so please avoid sending anything that may be delivered more than 5 days prior to your arrival date. Please address as follows:
