The Elevated Properties Difference

• Personalized Owner Relationships Elevated prides itself on fostering close relationships with owners. Our local mountainside office allows team members to provide a personalized touch with a quick response time and easy to reach communication.
• Short-Term Rental License Management With an in-depth knowledge of the STR license process, Elevated will submit and renew all documents on your behalf.
• Utility Billing Elevated will receive, pay, and post utility bills to your statement without markup or labor costs to ensure a simplified, year-end tax process.
• Routine Home Care Inspections In your absence, a staff member will walk your home between owner and guest reservations, checking for maintenance-related issues to protect your investment.
• Rental Operation Costs All rental-related costs such as marketing, concierge services and rental guest housekeeping services are covered by Elevated Properties.
• Rental Guest Housekeeping Elevated does not charge rental guests for housekeeping services. Routine housekeeping allows the opportunity to inspect your home while guests are in-house, further protecting your home.
• Pre-arrival Maintenance Inspections Elevated’s skilled maintenance team completes a thorough punch list prior to each owner and guest arrival. Furthermore, Elevated covers standard maintenance-related requests by rental guests such as assistance operating a BBQ grill, simple remote/TV issues, thermostat instructions, and more.
• Year End Tax Reporting A year-end report will be available which itemizes frequently requested tax information, including: all income and expenses, number of occupied nights (owner vs rental nights), and rental income sales tax as reported on the provided 1099.
