This is our 3rd stay at the Bear Claw. I will always stay here when visiting Steamboat. They do everything right. It's definitely the best ski in/out location, everything is clean, modern, and convenient. When you're ready to hit the slopes, you go into a room to put your boots on, grab your skis, and literally walk outside and you're on the ski run about 200' vertical of the base. We come in for lunch, relax in the condo, adjust layers, and let the ski boots warm up on the boot heaters. Nice hot tubs, swimming pool and sauna. I also use the Weber grill out by the pool to cook up steaks

The location of BearClaw II is absolutely perfect. The amenities and ski-in ski-out features are top notch. The building is well kept, updated, quiet and the staff are extremely responsive and helpful. Loved the addition of robes in our unit for use going to and from the pool/hot tub. Each of our condominiums and private homes features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances. You'll find cookware, bakeware, dishware, glassware, and utensils stocked for your convenience. We also offer foil sheets, gallon and quart-size Ziploc bags, and single-portion spices (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning), available at the front desk.

What toiletries can I expect in the property?
Each of our properties comes fully stocked with essentials, including bed linens, towels, paper towels, coffee filters, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand soap, a hairdryer, and dishwasher detergent.

Will I be able to wash clothes in the unit?
All Edgemont rentals include a private in-unit washer and dryer for guest convenience. At Bear Claw, select residences offer private in-unit laundry. For rentals without this feature, guests are welcome to use the complimentary shared laundry rooms located on the ground floors of Bear Claw I and Bear Claw II. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets can be purchased at the Front Desk for a small fee.
