Below is some helpful information to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable.
Elevated Properties Front Desk
- Located at 2420 Ski Trail Lane in the Bear Claw II building
- Available by phone at 970-871-9100.
- Available by text at 970-840-1453.
- Open daily from 7:00am-11:00pm.
Community Pool & Hot Tub
- Open daily from 10:00am to 9:30pm.
- Access code: 0191
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or other responsible adult.
- No glass or other breakable items are allowed in the pool area – your unit should have unbreakable glasses for your use at the pool.
Fitness Center
- The fitness center is available only to Cimarron owners. Thank you for understanding.
Property Shuttle – Elevated Rides
Elevated Rides is our mobile app for ride services within the resort area and downtown Steamboat Springs. When requesting a ride using the app, you’ll be able to see a live wait time and track your driver’s progress in real time. The shuttle is available on-demand daily from 7:00am-11:00pm.
Guests and Owners of Elevated Properties may search “Elevated Rides” to find our shuttle app in the app store. You can also scan the QR code below to download the app to your smartphone.
- How to download & set up the app:
- Scan the QR code using your smartphone or search “Elevated Rides” in the app store to download
- Open the app and click the orange “Register” button
- Full out your info, choose a password, and enter your Access Code (see below)
- Click “Create Account” and you are ready to ride!

During peak times, please expect wait times of up to 30 minutes. On rare occasions, wait times may exceed 30 minutes due to high demand, traffic and snow conditions. Please order your shuttle well in advance, especially when traveling to dinner reservations.
Parking
- Parking is only permitted in the garage or in the driveway.
- Parking is not permitted in the street in front of the house.
- There is a maximum of three cars permitted per reservation.
- Improperly parked cars may be removed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Housekeeping
- For additional supplies or services, please contact the Elevated Properties Front Desk (24 hour notice required).
Home Supplies
- All homes are fully stocked with paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, tissues, toilet paper, hand and body soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer in each bathroom.
Fireplaces
- Please keep all fireplaces turned off when leaving the home.
Trash & Recycling
- Trash and recycling receptacles are provided for your use in the garage.
Check out
- Check out is at 10:00am.
- Late check out is never guaranteed and may incur a fee.
- Please ensure all debris, rubbish, and discards are placed in trash bin in garage, and soiled dishes are started in the dishwasher.
- All keys and the garage door opener are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
Quiet Hours
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:30pm-8:00am daily.
- Please be respectful of your neighbor’s privacy and keep all music and other noise to a reasonable level.
Balconies
- For safety reasons, please do not sit on the balcony railing or allow children to do so.
- Please do not hang any items from the balcony railing including towels, swimwear, laundry, etc.
- Please do not place drinks or other items on the railing that may fall or inadvertently be pushed off.
Smoking
- Smoking is prohibited in all homes, common areas, and on the property grounds.
Wildlife
- Wildlife is commonly seen on the property. For your safety, do not approach them.
