Welcome to Skyline Retreat, we hope you enjoy your stay!

Below is some helpful information to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Elevated Properties Front Desk

  • Located at 2420 Ski Trail Lane inside the main Bear Claw II building.
  • Available by phone at 970-871-9100.
  • Available by text at 970-840-1453.
  • Open daily from 8:00am-5:00pm.

Mail & Packages

  • All mail and packages must be sent to the Elevated Properties front desk located at 2420 Ski Trail Lane. A member of our team will deliver it to you once it arrives.
  • Guests are not permitted to mail anything directly to Skyline Retreat. Please address as the following:

Operating the Hot tub

  • Please, no glass in or around the hot tub.
  • Pool towels can be found in the basket at the bottom of the stairs on your way up to the rooftop.
  • Unlock the two buckles on either side of the hot tub.
  • Fold back top and push to fully open.
  • Controls are on the touch pad (on/off, lights, etc.)
  • Please close the hot tub cover and secure with two buckles when not in use.

Operating the Main Living Sound bar

  • Make sure your device is connected to WIFI, then select “Samsung Sound Bar”.

Operating the TV’s

  • Each TV in the home is controlled by a Roku remote.
  • For live TV channels, select the home button (top right) and then select the Xfinity Stream app.
  • Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming apps on the TV’s.

Operating the BBQ Grill

  • Turn propane tank on.
  • Light grill.
  • Turn propane tank off when finished.
  • Grill utensils can be found in the kitchen beneath the microwave.

Operating the Rooftop Firepit

  • Remove firepit cover.
  • Open right end by pulling open drawer.
  • Turn on the propane tank.
  • To light, turn knob under fire pit to the right while pushing and holding a lighter above the fire pit coals. Continue to hold the bottom in a depressed position for 10–20 seconds. If the fire doesn’t stay lit, repeat lighting instructions.
  • To turn off, turn off the knob to “off” and them turn off the propane tank. Once cooled, put the cover back on.

Operating the Living Room Fireplace

  • Please turn the fireplace feature OFF when not in use and when leaving the house. If you hear any noise, one of the modes (flame, fan, or light is still turned on).
  • ON/OFF – Press once, hear tone, backlight is ON. Press again, hear tone, backlight if OFF.
  • THERMOSTAT – press for 3 choices:
    • ON: Manual thermostat control.
    • OFF: Manual burner control. T-stat is OFF
    • SMART: automatic burner modulation
  • UP/DOWN – press up arrow or down arrow to adjust thermostat, flame, fan, and lamp levels.
  • MODE – Press for 4 choices:
    • Flame Modulation (auto in SMART mode)
    • Fan Control
    • Accent Lamp
    • Pilot Mode

Other Helpful Notes

  • Skyline Retreat is a non-smoking home. Thank you for cooperating.
  • Please ensure the front door is locked and garage door is closed when not in use for security and to control energy costs.
  • Floor heating is automatically set to 70 degrees from 6:00am– 9:00pm and 68 degrees from 9:00pm-6:00am.
  • Air conditioning is available in the Main level and 3rd level bedrooms. Controls are mounted in the respective areas next to the thermostats. Air Conditioning is only to be used when the thermostats are turned to off.

Housekeeping

  • Housekeeping services are offered every other day during your stay. This clean includes fresh towels, taking out the garbage and a light cleanup of the home. Please call the Front Desk for any additional Housekeeping requests.

Check out

  • Check out is at 10:00am.
  • Late check out is never guaranteed and may incur a fee.
