Entrees include New York strip, ribeye, filet, Kansas City steak, and bone-in ribeye. Seafood options include delicious colossal king crab legs, seared seabass, sea scallops, and lobster tails. Each entrée is served a la carte and can be paired with any side such as sautéed veggies, scalloped potatoes, and more. While you are not typically encouraged to order steak sauce at a fine dining establishment, the sauce at E3 is all made in-house and bring out the flavor in every bite.
