When you book your stay through Elevated Properties, we ask that our guests check in at or after 4:00 pm on the day they’re scheduled to arrive.

We collect your payment in full for your reservation 60 days before you check in.

If you’re flying into the Yampa Valley Regional Airport, you’ll be happy to find our properties are only a 35-45 minute drive away, depending on traffic and weather. This means you can grab the keys to your rental car once you land, and get your vacation underway as soon as possible.
