In such instances, we will provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rest assured, we will do our best to coordinate the showing at a time that is most convenient for you.

What should I do if I forget a personal item in the rental after departure?
Any items left behind will be taken to the Front Desk lost and found. If you realize something was forgotten, please contact the Front Desk at 970-871-9100 with a detailed description of the item. If located, we’ll gladly ship it to you—shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. If you arrive early, you’re welcome to securely store your luggage at the Front Desk. For winter stays, we can also arrange a complimentary shuttle into town before check-in. Early check-in depends on availability, may incur additional fees, and cannot be guaranteed.
