What time can I check into my property?
When you book your rental through Elevated Properties, we ask that you check into your property at or after 4:00 pm on the day you’re scheduled to arrive.

Do you offer luggage storage options on-site if I arrive in town early?
Yes. We’re more than happy to store your luggage at the Front Desk if you arrive early and your property isn’t quite ready.

How far is my rental located from the Yampa Valley Regional Airport?
You’ll want to plan for anywhere from a 35- to a 45-minute drive to get from the airport to your rental booked through Elevated Properties.
