Hot Springs

No Easter trip to Steamboat Springs is complete without a visit to the hot springs that gave the town its name. Old Town Hot Springs is a multi-use complex located in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs. It boasts eight natural mineral water hot pools, two water slides, fitness center, aquatic rock-climbing wall, kid’s area, and more. Strawberry Park Hot Springs is located on the edge of the Yampa Valley and features thermal pools ranging in temperature from 101-106 degrees Fahrenheit. COVID-19 restrictions include both locations operating at limited capacity and reservations are required. Please wear a mask whenever not in the water and observe social distancing when possible. Restrooms are still available, but changing rooms are limited. Only cash will be accepted for entry fees. No credit or debit cards. Hot Air Balloon Ride

For a different view of the area this Easter, head up, up, and away in a hot air balloon. Due to wind and weather conditions, flights only take place in the early morning, but the spectacular views are worth the early rising time.
