Aurum Food & Wine provides riverfront dining at its best with a flavorful twist on fan-favorite American dishes. For a one-of-a-kind private dining experience, book their outdoor yurt! Their premium dining yurt is beautifully designed and heated, though it’s recommended to dress comfortably for the outdoors. Hot Springs

Whatever time of year it is, don’t visit Steamboat Springs without making a trip to the hot springs that gave the town its name. There are two that keep locals and visitors alike coming back time and again. Old Town Hot Springs is in the heart of downtown Steamboat is a multi-use complex, boating eight natural mineral water hot pools, two water slides, a fitness center, aquatic rock climbing wall, kid’s area, and more. Strawberry Park Hot Springs is located on the edge of the Yampa Valley. Several thermal pools range in temperature from 101-106 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure to check COVID-19 restrictions before heading to either location. Restrooms are still available, but changing rooms are limited. Only cash will be accepted for entry fees. No credit or debit cards.

Breweries, Wineries & Distilleries

Step inside one of Steamboat’s breweries, wineries, or distilleries for a break from the snow and cold. Breweries will have on-tap regulars as well as seasonal brews to give you a taste of the season with IPAs, ales, and much more. Have a taste of Steamboat’s best wines or distilleries and take some back to your rental to pair with a favorite home-cooked meal. Some even offer a full menu of food.
